Mama needs love too!

It is crucial that mothers tend to their own physical, emotional and spiritual needs, and pregnancy is a great time to cultivate this much-needed skill. This compassionate and supportive series will give you new tools and understanding for caring for yourself during pregnancy. Sessions will include mindfulness meditation and visualizations, discussion with community support and resources, and gentle movement.

This is a 4-class series that runs weekly starting on the date listed. You may repeat the series until your babe is born. If you do not see dates that work for you, please send us an email and we will try to fit you in. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (mats are also available for free).
