VIRTUAL Prenatal Yoga

This class has been specially designed to continue to support your pregnant body from a far. We hope that this offering will continue to give you a sense of community and support for your growing and evolving body. It is an unexpected time we are in and we want to support you as best we can. This yoga practice meeting will be held live via zoom. When shelter in place is lifted this class will return to an in person class and remain virtual for those with class plans and unable to attend in real time.


In this class you will learn ways to modify your yoga practice during the different stages of pregnancy. You will also explore breath awareness and relaxation techniques that can further assist you during childbirth. These techniques will give you the opportunity to connect more deeply to yourself and your baby and stay calm and focussed through this challenging time.  All levels welcome. 

We encourage you to take this series as a 4-week series to encourage community building and connection with other pregnant folks. We also offer a drop in option or you can choose to take your 4 classes at a time convenient for you.

We encourage anyone wanting to participate to contact us. We WILL NOT allow lack of funds to determine your participation.

Investment: live virtual stream - $70 for 4-class pass or $20 single class

Booking open up to 30 minutes before class start time.  Email us if you are trying to book outside of this window. This class will require a minimum of 4 participants. Please note that if minimum numbers are not met we may need to postpone or cancel this group.
