An excellent way to prepare the mind, body and spirit for you journey.
In this class you will learn ways to modify your yoga practice during the different stages of pregnancy. You will also explore breath awareness and relaxation techniques that can further assist you during childbirth. These techniques will give you the opportunity to connect more deeply to yourself and your baby. All levels welcome.
This prenatal yoga class runs as a 4-week series to encourage community building and connection with other birthing parents. Our yoga classes are limited to 8 people. We believe this offers you the best care and attention from our incredible and very experienced yoga teacher, Julie Anne.
